Case-Sheldon

On Wednesday afternoon, May 12, Miss Emma B. Sheldon, only daughter of Mr. C. B. Sheldon, the well known builder of South Brooklyn, was united in wedlock to Levi W. Case, M. D., of Chester, N.J., the ceremony being performed by Rev. John W. Malcolm, at the residence of the bride’s parents, 416 Seventh street.  The happy couple were the recipients of many elegant and costly presents, and after a collation started for Saratoga on a brief bridal tour, departing amid the congratulations and good wishes of a host of friends.  Among the guests were ex-District Attorney Winslow, Mr. and Mrs. Squires, Mrs. Marcus McNiel, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Nason and Miss Susie Nason, the Misses Greene, the Misses Wilson, Mrs. Berdell, Miss Dollie Redmond, of New York, Mr. and Mrs. Van Arsdale, of Chester, Miss G. H. Woodworth, of Montrose, and Mr. James Hetfield.

The newly married pair will reside at Chester, where the doctor has a lucrative and growing practice.
