The following is a transcription of select surnames that have a known connection to the Sheldon’s at Windsor up to 1660 – during the life of Isaac Sr and after Isaac Jr left Windsor.  Some deaths after 1660 are also included for individuals specifically connected to a Sheldon.  The surnames included here are Clark, Gaylord, Gibbs, Gillet, Grant, Gunn, Hakes, Hannum, Hawkins, Huit, Oldage, Parsons, Randall, Rockwell, Samways, Styles, Tilton, and Watson.

There is a notation at the start of this book that indicates that it was transcribed by the Town Clerk in Feb of 1906.  In reading the entries it is clear that there was damage to the original that prohibited some transcriptions.  This appears to also include a large section of the R and S births which would have included all of the Sheldon entries that might have originally existed.
